I can use sinister portal and Radioactibe blue catch lycan mouse. And it’s first try!!! I first entered Mos. and Poped there he was.
I think it’s depended on how lucky you’re since this trap is overpowered by lycan. I think You have to wait patiently.

@Someone, no, I caught 3 Lycan mice with a Sinister Portal. My set up was radioactive blue/sinister portal/explosive base.
