Windmill

Windmill

This windmill, and the farm beside it, used to belong to one of Gnawnia’s most prosperous farmers before the mice took it over. Windmill mice enjoy the simple life down on the farm, but don’t be fooled by their relaxed attitude– they’re laid-back about everything but cheese.

Overview

As soon as hunter reaches the title of Apprentice they can start to hunt in the Windmill, which may actually be easier than hunting in the Town of Gnawnia due to the generally weaker mice encountered here.
With some new mice to add to your collection, the Windmill offers a good place for a new Apprentice to earn a mix of gold and points.

Requirements

To hunt in the Windmill a Hunter must have:
A Hunter’s Title of at least Apprentice.
And it is recommended that a Hunter should have:
    Any Weapon and Base.
    Any Cheese.

Hunting Tips by Larry

Congratulations, MouseHunter! You’ve reached the Windmill, a rustic locale where Apprentice MouseHunters go to prove their worth. A group of rowdy country mice overran this farm a while back, and ever since, they’ve been throwing a hoedown with the farmer’s crops!

The Windmill is full of mice who enjoy the simple life, harvesting vegetables, eating vegetables, scheming to get tastier vegetables… but if some city slicker were to come along with a stash of cheese, they might just brave your new-fangled trap to get a piece. Spud mice, in particular, are always looking for more lunch, despite the fact that they eat whole potatoes for breakfast.

So set your trap, MouseHunter, and discover all the wacky and wonderful mouse breeds at the Windmill! Fight hard, and trap often, and you’ll be an Initiate in no time!

New Mice

The Windmill has 3 new mice that you won’t have encountered before. Two of these – the Farmhand and the Spud – are only encountered in this location.

Goals

Here is a selection of Goals that a hunter may like to achieve:

Catching the Farmhand Mouse

The Farmhand Mouse is both the most powerful mouse in this location, and the rarest.

The best way to attract this mouse is by using Super Brie cheese, upgrading to stronger traps while hunting this mouse will help you to catch it once you do attract it.

Collecting Flawed Orbs

Mice in this location drop the flawed orb relatively commonly compared to other locations in the game, making this the ideal place to “farm” them.

Most cheese and setups will work to catch the mice who drop this orb, however experienced hunters may use Super Brie to greatly speed up this process.
